Description
White pepper is a spice produced from the Piper nigrum plant in the tropics, as is black pepper. Our White Pepper comes from the volcanic soils of Penja in the Littoral Region of Cameroon. (It is even rumored that this Penja White Pepper is the best in the world. Hence the very high price in the market.) It is very flavorful but milder in taste than black pepper.
